A WOMAN was taken to hospital with spinal injuries after a crash involving two cars in Chorley Old Road.
She was trapped in the car after the crash, and a crew from Bolton Central fire station had to cut her free in the incident, which happened near Nortex Mill at about 7pm last night.
She was treated by a trauma technician from the fire service and was then taken to hospital by paramedics.
