Celebrity chefs cooked up a storm in Bolton on Friday night.
Guests enjoyed fine food prepared by celebrity chefs at Bolton Food and Drink Festival's Gala Dinner.
The event was held in the Celebrity Chef marquee in Victoria Square.
Guests donned their finery to enjoy five sumptuous courses, created by leading chefs to celebrate cuisine from around the world.
They were treated to an amuse bouche prepared by the Marriott Worsley team with Bolton chef Mike Harrison.
The tasty starter - confit of duck warm salad - was rustled up by Andrew Nutter, proprietor and chef of Nutters in Rochdale.
The fish course - pan-fried turbot with leek purée - was prepared by 2 Michelin starred chef, Michael Caines.
Aiden Byrne, proprietor of Manchester House in Spinningfields, cooked up the main course - roasted and braised Texel lamb with dukka, cous cous and fermented carrots
Dessert was by Master Chef 2015 winner, Simon Wood.
Wines were provided by headline sponsor Aldi.
