Greater Manchester Police is asking for help to trace a Horwich man’s next of kin after he died at home.

In UK law, there is no definition of next of kin, but it is understood to be the closest relative, whether a partner, parent, child or sibling.

According to GMP, Kevin Wood died at his home on Chorley New Road, Horwich, on Friday, February 2.
