Whether you are going for a pub lunch or for a lovely family walk this Easter, you will want to know what the weather will be in Bolton.

According to the Met Office, Bolton is set to be ‘breezy with sunny spells’ with a chance of ‘heavy showers’.

On Good Friday, March 29, there will be sunny intervals changing to cloudy conditions by late morning.

The sun will rise at 5.50am and will set at 6.40pm.

There will be highs of 12°C and lows of 4°C – there will also be wind gusts of up to 28 miles per hour.

On Saturday, March 30, the weather will be cloudy changing to light showers by lunchtime.

The sun will rise at 5.47am and will set at 6.42pm.

There will be highs of 12°C and lows of 5°C – there will also be wind gusts of up to 21 miles per hour.

On Easter Sunday, March 31, the weather will have sunny intervals changing to cloudy by late morning.

The sun will rise at 6.45am and will set at 7.44pm.

There will be highs of 13°C and lows of 6°C – there will also be wind gusts of up to 23 miles per hour.

On Bank Holiday Monday, April 1, the weather will be cloudy throughout the day.

The sun will rise at 6.42am and will set at 7.46pm.

There will be highs of 12°C and lows of 5°C – there will also be wind gusts of up to 20 miles per hour.

A spokesperson for the Met Office said the outlook for Friday to Sunday is as follows: “Breezy with sunny spells and the chance of heavy showers on Good Friday.

“Staying quite changeable through Saturday and Easter Sunday with scattered showers. Winds easing and turning somewhat warmer.”
