BOLTON Wanderers girls under-10s wrapped up a convincing 5-2 win against local rivals Bury.

The girls were 1-0 down after conceding an unfortunate goal, but the girls didn’t let that phase them with Emily Wild making it 1-1.

The goals didn’t stop there as Wild was back on the attack and after some great team work by Ruby Murphy, Amba Mistry was then on the scoresheet to put the girls 2-1 up.

Before half-time Murphy scored a wonder goal from far out right in the top corner which the keeper couldn’t anything about it.

In the second half, the girls great team work and link up plays didn’t stop creating chance after chance.

Bury pulled one goal back before Shardonie Brindle managed to get a goal of her own, unlucky for the keeper as the ball rolled under arm.

The girl-of-match Wild rounded off the scoring with her fancy footwork and manage to put the team ahead with her second goal making it 5-2.
