BOLTON Indians Juniors FC BISC Juniors FC continue go from strength-to-strength after announcing two more teams are being added to the club.

BISC was set up in May 2009 by ex-professional footballer Paul Moulden and Dave Fletcher with four sides – Under-12s Dragons, u14s juniors, u15s Lions and u15s Tameside.

Now, they have just added the u9s and u18s sides.

Dan Craven, u9s coach, said: "Our move across to BISC juniors has been fantastic thanks to the help and support from everyone at the club. It is a breath of fresh air to be part of a club that really does put the kids first."'

Meanwhile, Nick -----------, u18s coach added: "We joined BISC during the summer break and have been made to feel extremely welcome.

"They are a great club, with good FA Respect ethics and work hard to keep it that way.

"The club has excellent facilities and we are hoping that they can get the funding to create the full size pitch which can only benefit all the players both now and in the future. We are looking forward to our teams future within this club."

It is an exciting time for club officials as work is underway on their pitches on Hacken Lane to improve the grounds.

Bob Tonge, club secretary has been instrumental in funding this project with sourcing grants, with Bolton Council supporting us with this project.

Tonge and BISC chairman Prav Parmar are now currently looking at other funding streams to enable us to create an additional full size pitch to accommodate football for all ages for years to come.

Tonge said: "The aim is for our facilities to be amongst the best in Bolton, to enable this fantastic community to come to see this safe and sporting environment. "We are seeking support from companies or individuals who have the same community spirit in order to move our club forward and bring more kids down here to Darcy Lever to participate in sports and to enjoy themselves.

"BISC celebrated its 50th anniversary last year with a day long festival of sport and fun. It was great to see dozens of cricketers and footballers trying their hands at both cricket and football."

They also held a presentation evening recently.
